Please join us for part two of South African Tourism’s Meet South Africa webinar series. In this session, we will cover South Africa’s provinces and major cities. We will preview sample itineraries ranging from the highlights to off the beaten track regions and experiences. We will be joined by special guest, Jim Clarke of Wines of South Africa (WOSA), to speak about the diverse field of South African wines. He will be including a look at the winelands 364-year history and the different styles of wine made in the Western Cape. He will also dive into the rich set of wine tourism offerings found in South Africa’s winelands.

Angellotti has traveled extensively around South Africa, and the African continent, but has always considered South Africa her home away from home. She feels the country offers an unparalleled variety of world-class tourism experiences for every travel budget, and that everyone should experience the magic of South Africa in their lifetime.

Country Manager, Wines of South Africa USA
Jim Clarke is the U.S. Country Manager for Wines of South Africa (WOSA), the generic, inclusive marketing body for South African wine exports. Jim is a former sommelier, having run the wine programs at New York’s Megu Restaurant and Armani Ristorante. In addition he has been writing about wine, sake, and related subjects for almost twenty years. In 2020 Jim received the International Louis Roederer Wine Writer Award for Feature Writing, and in August of that year Wine Business Monthly named him a Wine Industry Leader of the Year. Jim is the author of The Wines of South Africa, published by Infinite Ideas.
