Ian currently owns a fleet of 8 vessels globally with an incredible amount of experience from chartering and owning, to refitting, relocating, and rebuilding. He has a deep understanding of the entire selling and buying process to help ensure every decision is customer first with the end-goal in mind.
From spending almost a lifetime on the water, pioneering a customer-focused charter business globally, to rebuilding owned vessels that have resulted in adding millions in dollars of charter value per year. Ellie is a complete expert in all things charter, sales, and business growth.
Katya is an award winning Sales and Charter Broker with over 15 years of experience in the Superyacht industry. An engineer by trade, having also spent the first few years of her yachting career in new construction (73m Feadship, first ever yacht with axe bow), she is well equipped to advise on new build projects as well.
Brock’s worldwide sales credentials and high-profile client list have made him an industry powerhouse, being awarded No.1 Sales Broker on numerous occasions and a continued top-tier Ray White ELITE status agent. Brock has spent extensive time in Europe and Asia under leading global luxury yacht brands, along with brokering some of Australasia’s largest yacht settlements in offshore waters.
Annemarie boasts over two decades of experience as a charter broker giving her the advantage of extensive market knowledge and a proven record of glowing reviews from her clients. Having lived in France for the past 20 years, she can be trusted to provide a wealth of chartering knowledge to all of her clients, and exceptional customer service.
Chiara has a wealth of experience in curating unforgettable moments; her expertise lies in crafting personalized experiences at every facet, from coordinating lavish events to planning intricate travel itineraries. As a seasoned professional, Chiara brings creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of guest preferences to her role.
Lara has a lifetime immersed in the yachting world, spending most of her career specialising in the Australian market, she understands every nuance of the Sydney day charter market. As the central yacht manager, Lara successfully oversees 7 prestigious vessels, ensuring unparalleled experiences. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to tailored charters make her a trusted authority.
As the director of the Australian and South Pacific yacht charter team, Tiana's role is blended as a seasoned marketing executive with her passion for luxury yacht marketing campaigns. Guiding the Australian team, Tiana places importance on curating an environment to set the standard for excellence in yacht charters throughout the region.
Jack brings a lifetime of passion for yachting and extensive knowledge of Sydney Harbour to his role as a charter broker. Growing up on yachts instilled in him a deep understanding of the industry and vessels, which allows Jack to provide personal recommendations based on his own experience. Our clients have praised Jack not only for his expertise but also for his dedicated approach to personalising every one of their experiences.
Lily is a seasoned charter broker based in the French Riviera. With over 5 years of dedicated experience, Lily possesses an innate understanding of her client's desires and preferences and boasts strong record of crafting unforgettable charter experiences across the entire European charter market.
As broker of the year in 2023, Rachel has a passion for the yachting world, having recently completed a transformative season in France to immerse herself in all facets of chartering, from day trips to long-term arrangements. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role in both Australia and the Mediterranean regions.
With a keen eye for analytics & trends, Elli thrives in optimising Ahoy Club's digital presence and enhancing brand visibility. She effectively spearheads the ever-evolving landscape of online marketing to deliver measurable growth and ROI for the business.
Passionate about the yachting world and unique travel destinations, Sonia brings over 8 years of experience in the luxury yacht industry. Her expertise includes developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, contributing significantly to the brand's success. Sonia has previously collaborated with industry leaders, showcasing her diverse skills in sales, marketing coordination, and project management.
Vaniese has lived in the South of France for over 30 years, and fell in love with yachting very early on. After 25 years as a charter broker, she has moved into an office manager role. She uses strong organizational skills to help develop and implement procedures that continually benefit the company.
